A single sentence in current law bars Florida's uterine fibroid research database from including any personal identifying information about the women whose diagnoses or treatment it tracks. That sentence is deleted entirely, with no substitute limit written in its place.

This change only takes effect if SB 864 or similar legislation also passes this session and becomes law -- the repeal is contingent on a separate bill, whose contents are not part of this text.
