2 An act relating to Nassau County; repealing chapters

3 61-2525 and 69-1331, Laws of Florida, relating to the

4 Nassau County Recreation and Water Conservation and

5 Control Act; abolishing the Nassau County Recreation

6 and Water Conservation and Control District No. 1;

7 transferring all assets and liabilities of the

8 district to the Board of County Commissioners of

9 Nassau County; providing an effective date.

11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13 Section 1. Chapters 61-2525 and 69-1331, Laws of Florida,

14 are repealed.

15 Section 2. The Nassau County Recreation and Water

16 Conservation and Control District No. 1 is abolished. All assets

17 and liabilities of the district are transferred to the Board of

18 County Commissioners of Nassau County.

19 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
