2 An act relating to Manatee County; repealing chapters

3 71-760, 79-504, and 81-429, Laws of Florida, relating

4 to the Manatee County Free Public Library Act;

5 providing an effective date.

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Chapters 71-760, 79-504, and 81-429, Laws of

10 Florida, are repealed.

11 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
