1 A bill to be entitled

2 An act relating to documentary stamp tax exemption;

3 repealing s. 21 of chapter 2024-158, Laws of Florida,

4 which provides for the future repeal of a documentary

5 stamp tax exemption for certain notes and obligations

6 connected to the sale of alarm systems; providing an

7 effective date.

9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Section 21 of chapter 2024-158, Laws of

12 Florida, is repealed.

13 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
