2 An act relating to marriage between persons of the

3 same sex; repealing s. 741.212, F.S., relating to

4 marriages between persons of the same sex; providing

5 an effective date.

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Section 741.212, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
