amending s. 30.10, F.S.; authorizing sheriffs' offices

to be located at any location in the counties, rather

than requiring the offices to be at county seats;

providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. Section 30.10, Florida Statutes, is amended to
11
read:

30.10 Place of office.—The place of office of every
13
sheriff may shall be at any location within the county lines
14
seat of the county.

This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. Section 2.
